Therefore, imagine my shock once I attended my extremely first engineering meeting as a female… it felt similar to this:
Here’s just how my inner-monologue sounded:
“So…many…dudes… oh! Is the fact that a lady? Hmmm, no… she’s from the catering group. Oh wait! Is the fact that a different one? NOPE merely a guy with a person bun.”
